GALLUP’S STRENGTHS ASSESSMENT

Gallup researchers examined decades of data on the topics of individual performance and personal development. Gallup has studied more than 1 million work teams, conducted tens of thousands of individual interviews, and had more than 15 million people take the Gallup Strengths Assessment.
Loala is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach and has worked with the Gallup Strengths Assessment for more than a decade. Gallup’s Strengths Assessment is a powerful framework for helping individuals explore their natural talents and become more intentional about using their strengths every day to achieve their goals. It’s also a catalyst for bringing teams together, fostering a greater appreciation for each team member’s strengths, and empowering groups to draw on each other’s unique talents.
ENERGY LEADERSHIP INDEX
The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is the proprietary, research-backed assessment tool, created by iPEC, that takes something abstract, like the way a person views the world, and turns it into something tangible—a metric that you can see and feel, and even reevaluate in the future.
Most leaders have taken personality tests, like Myers Briggs, DiSC, and Enneagram, but this is different. And transformational.
The ELI is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life. This means that individuals and teams learn to make change happen in real-time when encountering a self-doubt, fear, or frustration.
With the awareness and insights gained through the Energy Leadership Index debrief, individuals and teams have the opportunity to reshape their attitudes and worldview and transform their personal and professional lives.
360 LEADERSHIP FEEDBACK
Intrinsic offers a high touch approach to leadership 360 feedback that results in much deeper insights from peers, direct reports and senior leaders. Through a series of customized, 1:1 feedback interviews, Intrinsic develops a holistic view of the leader’s strengths and development opportunities and offers actionable insights on continued development. The Intrinsic 360 Leadership Feedback process includes:
A 60-minute planning session with the leader to identify the key topics they would like to gain insights on.
A 60-minute planning session with the sponsor to understand key areas of interest.
A customized set of 360 Feedback interview questions, based on key topics identified.
Scheduling and completion of up to 12 interviews with direct reports, peers, senior leaders and cross-functional collaborators.
A detailed written 360 Feedback Report that includes direct anonymous quotes by interviewees and also identifies themes around strengths, development areas and other key topics.
Two one-hour coaching sessions to review the 360 Feedback Report and develop an action plan that supports the areas the leader would like to focus on.
Feedback and advice on action plans and communications back to participants.
